Toni Germanus - Owner - Las Vegas NV & Del Mar CA
Toni Germanus is the creator and founder of T-ology Beauty. Born and raised in South Africa, Toni studied and majored in Photography and Graphic Design, beginning her career at an advertising agency as her first professional role.
​
Due to economic challenges at the time, Toni transitioned into the travel industry, where she secured a position with a tour operator travel agency, gaining four years of experience. Her passion for travel led her to a working holiday visa in London and throughout Europe, where she spent a year expanding her creative and cultural perspective.
​
In 1999, Toni moved to the United States after earning her degree. She spent the next four years on the East Coast, working across travel, fashion, photography, graphic design, and advertising for numerous fashion companies. This was followed by an additional two years in San Diego with a well-known national fashion chain.
​
While living in San Diego, Toni’s exposure to the world of teen acne and skin challenges inspired her to further her education in California, focusing on the holistic, healing, and beauty industries. She is a licensed Aesthetician and Massage Therapist, and a certified specialist in Permanent Cosmetics, Cosmetic Tattooing, Hair Restoration, Nipple Areola Tattooing, Scar Camouflage, and Tattoo Removal.

San Diego became the home of the first T-ology Beauty Spa, which opened in 2011. With continued growth and success, T-ology expanded in 2019 to Las Vegas, opening a second location.
​
Toni is a highly experienced specialist in the beauty and wellness industry, known for her artistic flair, creative eye, and meticulous attention to detail, which keep her clients returning time and again. She is widely recognized as an expert in Permanent Cosmetic Makeup, delivering natural, refined, and transformative results.

In addition to her hands-on work, Toni is a certified trainer and educator, offering professional certification training in Aesthetics, Permanent Makeup, Paramedical Tattooing, and Tattoo Removal. She is also trained and certified in FST (Fascial Stretch Therapy), further enhancing her ability to deliver therapeutic, restorative, and holistic bodywork.

Toni brings a healing touch to her skincare, massage, and stretch therapy services, maintaining a holistic approach to beauty and wellness. Her lifelong passion for art, design, and photography continues to influence every aspect of her work and brand vision.

Nika Asistio, MSN, APRN, FNP-C- Las Vegas NV
Nika is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in the state of Nevada. She is an expert injector with over 8 yeas of experience in various areas of nursing, from aesthetics and primary care to emergency and trauma intensive care.
​
She was initially trained in aesthetics by one of the most sought after injectors and educators of the industry in Las Vegas and St. George, at Medical Aesthetic Art Institute (MAAI). Since her first training, Nika has attended countless private trainings, courses, conferences, and labs to continuously improve her craft.
She has no intentions of slowing her momentum when it comes to incessantly learning and evolving as an injector.
Nika is a huge supporter prioritizing family and friends, and believes wholeheartedly that taking care of yourself first is essential in becoming the best version of yourself for your family and friends.
