Toni Germanus is the founder of T-ology Beauty, bringing over two decades of experience in aesthetics, permanent makeup, and holistic wellness.

Known for her artistic eye and meticulous attention to detail, Toni specializes in natural, refined results that enhance each client’s unique beauty.
Her work blends advanced techniques with a healing, holistic approach—creating results that are both transformative and timeless.
With established locations in San Diego and Las Vegas, Toni has built a trusted name in both client services and professional education.
HER JOURNEY
From South Africa to the United States, Toni’s path has been shaped by creativity, travel, and a deep passion for beauty and wellness.

With a background in photography and graphic design, she began her career
in advertising before expanding into the travel and fashion industries across the U.S. and Europe.
​
Her exposure to skincare challenges and the desire to help others feel confident in their skin led her to pursue advanced education in aesthetics and holistic therapies.
​
In 2011, she founded T-ology Beauty in San Diego. Following years of growth andsuccess, a second location was opened in Las Vegas in 2019.
